We are composed of Bengali members from Kolkata, India, we focus on encouraging volunteerism and fostering a spirit of togetherness in our new home of Ottawa.

Mission

OBCA’s purpose is to bring the community together through cultural,
educational, and social initiatives that inspire collective growth and well‑being.

  • Preserve and celebrate Bengali cultural heritage through major community events and year-round programs
  • Organize popular Indian Bengali cultural festivals such as Kali Puja, Saraswati Puja, and traditional art showcases
